By accessing and using the Gainesville High School Class of 1990 Reunion website ("the Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

The Website provides information about the Gainesville High School Class of 1990's 35-year reunion, allows users to register for the event, and facilitates payment for tickets.
3. Registration and Payment
To register for the reunion, you must provide accurate and complete information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, and is subject to their terms of service.
The final cost of tickets will be determined in June 2025 based on the number of registrants. You will only be charged what is necessary to cover the costs of the event.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the reunion committee at least 30 days prior to the event. Refunds may be subject to a processing fee.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Website.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of the Gainesville High School Class of 1990 Reunion Committee and is protected by copyright laws.
7. SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to receive text messages related to your reunion registration, reminders, and support. You will only receive messages if you have explicitly opted in through our website form with a dedicated SMS checkbox.
